Heng da International trade, Company did not provide me with the goods I paid for and unduly kept my money

I placed an order with this company for 300 customized USBs. I needed them to be ready and shipped in a month and they told me that they could meet my deadline.
I paid them timely and diligently and not only I did not receive the products, but the company unduly kept my money.
I have not heard from them back. They don't take my phone calls, email and do not accept me on Skype or MSN.
