They gave a fake tracking numbe to me

I requested a surroundsound system along with 2 televisions. They offered a fake following range to me and they stated that the purchase was in traditions also it might charge me 60% of the price to obtain it out when I queried them. They have been constantly sent by me and they recommended we move halves of having the things from traditions within the price. I declined plus they stated that they might do nothing. How can we get our cash back and these criminals turn off.
