Maia's Refused to refund

I requested several times from its site with out any issue. But also for the final moment I really could not get the bundle I requested from traditions due to recently modified rules. Then your packed was delivered in the traditions, back again to the organization obviously. And that's the delivered bundle exposing the Business's dishonesty and incredibly poor attitude toward its clients. Even though it is stated that “A 10% restocking charge is likely to be billed on purchases which have been declined or unclaimed” about the Conditions and Terms portion of its site, the organization declined to return any quantity. Furthermore they didn't take the declined bundle and my declined purchase was delivered in my experience second-time. Maia’s did WOn't return the declined bundle with no cause.
