Customer Service - Camera Dept Personal

I was recently in a Best Buy Located on State Route 6 adjacent to West Oaks Mall in Houston TX. I recently purchased a Nicon Camera from Best Buy and in my travels with work I had mistakenly left my charger at Home. (The only downside to rechargeable cameras). I figured since there was a best buy located across the street I could go by and just have them put the camera on charge and help out a customer in need. Then the experiance began.

1. Could not find anyone working in the camera department
2. Found some one that worked at best buy but did not work in cameras and knew very little about the department
3. Found someone that worked in Cameras but clearly did not seem to have time for me. I believe his name was Jason. Working on Thursdays 2-23-12 at around 11:00 am.

4. Ask the employee if I could leave the camera with him and he take the charger from one of the displays and just charge the Camera
5. Was told they do not have chargers and I could buy a universal for $60.00 (I only paid a hundred for the camera)
6. Really seemed to bother the employee that I had a situation and he was clearly not interested in helping. (what has happened to the can do attitude in this country)
7. Was told that they send back all parts to display cameras and I could go online and order a new charger.
8. Amazing how quick he forgot I that I said I was in town traveling for the day.
9. Left the store with no help and I could tell from the employee that he was excited that I no longer was in the store to bother him and he could get on with his day without having to deal with customers.

Best Buy Loves to sell you the stuff but please do not bother us with your problems
