LG's (lack 0f) response to my TV issue

I'm sad to say that I've been trying to get help from LG's customer service team for almost 2 months now and my issue is still not resolved. I've done everything that they have asked of me, and my $2000 TV is still not functional. I have a running list of names and communication dates and have even spoken with a supervisor (Melvie) and still have no idea what is going on or if our issue is being taken care of.
