I needed a brand new water heater ASAP and so I visited Lowes, Madison IN., and bought a Whirlpool hot water heater. This specific design claims "Flamelock" onto it. BEWARE! This is actually the greatest bit of CRAP, alongside the 2010 Chevy Malibu.

From the beginning the hot water heater began dripping whilst the water heated-up. Sears was approached to help make the required repairs. The hot water heater had EVERY feasible component onto it changed. No chance, it kept dripping. Therefore the hot water heater was changed having a new one.

The brand new heater began dripping from the beginning! Whirlpool was informed AGAIN plus they delivered Sears out AGAIN! This hot water heater was also totally altered. No chance, it kept dripping.

Nicely through my study I've unearthed that Whirlpool has already established numerous grievances and issues with their FLAMELOCK manufacturer water heaters in the united states!!! Because it works out they are able to just manage 60-65 pounds of water-pressure. Many houses are 70-75 pounds of stress. This additional strain on the container causes the water, because it is hot, to flow out the pressure device.

I've included a pressure-reducer, $65-$95, and decreased the water-pressure right down to 65 pounds. The trickle has slowed, in the toughest I'd eliminate out approximately 1-gallon of water each day, today it's right down to about 3-4 glasses.By lowering the stress our bath stress has endured
