Radio Shack A Replacement warranty that doesn't mean Replacement it means reimbursement

I bought a head set and didn't want the replacment plan and was talked into it and told no matter what happened to it they would be REPLACED hassal free. Well a few months later the mic on headset stopped working. I replaced sound card and still was not working. It was the mic for shure. I went in and did the replacment and was told for the first time that we dont actually replace it we send you a gift card so i was well that not what i was told but went with it. Few days later i got card and went to get new item and they wanted me to pay more money cause the price had went upon the headset. I was never given any info to look at or inital and sighn was never told nothing but that i could throw it away and still get it REPLACED. I was lied too on many levels to get a sale and i really want to sue them. They should not be able to lie to people and talk them into things on false pretences
