Will not honer returns

I purchased a DSL Internet router from Radio Shack Monroe, Wis on Saturday Dec 15th, I asked for a gift receipt, I decided it was not the model I wanted so I tried to return it unopened on Sunday Dec 16th the lady working would not return it, I even asked for store credit. My wife called to talk to the owner on Monday Dec 17th and was given the run around. On Tuesday Dec 18th she tried to take the router back to Radio shack they would not credit my charge card and would not give her store credit! She would have to pick something out she or I don't want or need for the credit card amount (How come they gave me a gift receipt when they have a no return policy) the customer apparently doesn’t matter. Buyer beware don't buy from Radio shack in Monroe, Wisconsin.
