I needed to retrieve deleted text on my iPhone. Went online and found a forum where Thoma (errand boy) have put an ad on the forum 'My name is Thomas Scharrer I am a data recovery specialist and I recover deleted text messages. I have two options you can purchase a kit from me or you can send your phone to me. If you send your phone to me I can go back up to a year and if you purchase a kit it will go back up to six months. You may call me for a free consultation at 480-467-9151.'. I called him on Wensday and told him I need this urgently by this coming Monday. And to please send it USPS Express next day. He told me it be no problem getting it to me on Monday. They took 450.00 from my credit card that same day. I call the next day and asked for the tracking number. I have email and email Thursday - Sunday. They never return my email or phone call. I called Sandra on Monday and ask for the tracking number and she said she send it that Thursday when I ordered it and now it's Monday and she said she doesn't have the tracking number. She also tell me it's going to arrive Tuesday and I told her that it's no use to me if it arrive in tuesday. She replied it's UPS FAULT FOR SENDING IT LATE? WTF! I asked that idiot Thomas to send it USPS EXPRESS NEXT DAY. Now it's Monday night and I didn't receive my product and the idiot Thomas dares to tell me i need to be patient and don't call his number anymore. This guy and this lady is a total looser and a thief.
