Restocking fee is idiotic

I bought heat pump from ductlessdepot.net also it was marketed that installment is likely to be quite simple and certainly will take units. It wasn’t the situation, I'd to complete several challenging methods before push was prepared to be installed. I had been not able to do preps on my own and so I chose to return it in unopened package. They charged me 20% restocking charge that will be nonsense for great condition item.
