Promised me to replace my Blueray over 4 weeks ago

I named Toshiba concerning the blue-ray plus they advivsed me the blueray could be changed. Which was more than 4 months before. After I approached them back using the guide quantity they explained the info was never prepared plus they required the purchase info again. I supplied the guide quantity that info was below for that third-time plus they recommended the state could be examined. With again no-call back I named and talked having a supervisor plus they recommended they had fresh methods plus they needed to get top managerment acceptance plus they couldn't releasethe titles. I'm not knowing what's happening and exactly what the problem is.

Significantly less than 12 months before i purchased a 40-inch Toshiba Television. 5 months before I'd the Toshiba service-man arrived at choose it up as it'd no image or audio onto it. It's been 5 months precisely nowadays but still haven't had it delivered. He approached me on 30/1 stating he'd to-order another component. Nowadays being 17/2 i approached him which he explained he'd need to attempt another component or contact Toshiba to displace it. Considering it's significantly less than 12 months old when it stuffed inside it ought to be changed. I, m unhappy at-all using the support. If mounted who, s to say this don't happen again. I had been usually informed that Toshiba was a trustworthy manufacturer but using what has occurred particularly using the timedelay it's not appropriate.
