Toshiba 55" HDTV
Terrible Product / Terrible Warranty Service

I buy da 55" Toshiba HDTV from Bestbuy in December.in under 5 weeks and possibly significantly less than 100 hours useful, it smashed. Named Toshiba for warranty support plus they determine it for their approved repair center within the Dallas area. Bayard Technology subsequently requires info within the telephone plus they know what they believe is wrong withit. They purchase a component and after 3 months LASTLY sent somebody out to correct it. Nevertheless, once they appear, they advise me that the things they BELIEVED was wrong withit isn't the issue whatsoever. And they will need to purchase an entire new cell. But before they are able to do this, they've to obtain agreement from Toshiba. Which requires another week before they are able to purchase the component. Therefore lastly, they order the component and advise that it's on back-order. So... After 6 months of waiting, the Television continues to be out-of support and that I do not know once they may actually repair it. And when the service-center had really delivered somebody out within the first-place to determine that which was REALLY wrong withit, it'd have preserved atleast 3 months. Our tolerance has go out. Any recommendations?
