Hi, I had a violation the other day the device beeped and went off I had 3:29 seconds left till a missed test I blew into the machine and past the test it then said that I violated missed test and went in to 48 hour lock out. This is not the first time this has happened to me it has cost me several hundred dollars. I have no leg to stand on when you call the company is there any way I can fight this?
