Rip-off! Victims should get together to take legal action against them

April 6th I order a PC on line with Dell. Two days later I found out my order was not processed, so I made another one. I needed the computer ASAP so I was charged $90.00 for two day delivery.

A week later I received the computer with wrong monitor, and no CD burner. They were advertising a free upgrade for flat monitor, I called them and after many hours on the phone they gave me authorisation to return it. On April 16th I received my first bill for $1314.80 (it was supposed to be one year payment no interest.) I have been waiting for the CD burner wich today Aug 8th never received it.in May 26th i received a phone call asking for payment wich I did pay $200.00 on the phone. My check was cleared at my bank June 6th, plus I was charged $25.00 for late payment.

May 27th I received another bill with a total of
$1774.57. I have been trying to get somone to give information about the other charges but nobody is able to do so. I sent a certified letter with a receipt a signature of the person that received it with all the above but I never received an answer. Since I had no explanations I stop sending any payments. Today sunday Aug 8th I received a threatening letter that they will give my account to collection, I was very upset and I hang up on them without getting the name of the person.

I am in Florida and I don't know how I can go to court against them since they are in Texas. Maybe some other consumers have the same experience and we can get together to take legal action against the company that "IS AS EASY AS DELL"
