They renewed my contract and i did not authorize this

I tryed to stop my t mobile consideration plus they stated I'd to pay for 200.00 buck mor, since im under agreement. Used to do not approve a brand new agreement. My boy left around amonth before and that I didn't wish to remain due to price. The lady never discuss a deal. I report the discussion since it boils down to my term over theirs. Ive been with t mobile ten years and also the last couple decades i havent been pleased on the efficiency. I'd like the 200.00 removed. Used to do not want another agreement.
