What a Joke

Having Shutter's installed in my house by Home Depot, which use a company called 3D.installer came and did install but noticed that shutters for one window were incorrect. I spot with 3D while the installer was there and we decided that 3D would call me on Monday with a suitable solution. Seeing as this room is also part of my office, and needs to be dark at all times. It is now Wednesday and I had to call 3D to find out it would be another week until they get the new shutters, which takes us a couple of days before Christmas, so I'm sure this will not be done now till the new year. All along I told everybody involved there is no rush and the job can be done after Christmas! Now I have no place to work and is costing me money, and my ground floor looks half finished! (Wonderful) Just got off the phone with Home Depot and was told it will take 2 days to get a manager to contact me! What kind of business is that? If I did that with my clients, I'd be outta business in a couple days! Oh well, I guess all my other reno's starting in the new year will go else where
