I am extremely disappointed in Best Buy 's Pre-Black Friday event for Premiere Silver rewards zone members. The shopping website for this event has been crippled all day and everytime I did get in, the item I wanted was always labeled "Coming Soon." So, I could not even purchase. Then, I went in a minute or so later and the same item that said coming soon is no sold out, so how can this be? I say this is false advertising and terrible customer service to their "Premiere Silver" customers, who you would think they would want to take better care of.
Additionally, when I tried calling in, they would put me in a hold queue with music, and then hung up after about five moniutes. Best Buy should be ashamed of treating their life blood customers this way!!!
