Hoax on sale items on Black Friday - Acer One 6 cell netbook

Newegg advertised the sale of a 6 cell netbook at 0300 am PST for $199.99. At 0242 PST I received their Email Sale Blaster for the sale starting at 0300 PST but this item was not listed on there, but I decided to look anyway (my Newegg webwindow was already open at 0242 PST because I did not want to miss it (I really wanted this deal so I selected to stay home rather then go to Walmart for another item I was interested in). Wish I hadn't because the 6 cell netbook never came on! I flipped back and forth between the webpages (regular pages, Black Friday sales pages, I tried everything), nothing. I quit at 0500 PST, 2 hours of flipping back and forth with no result. When I returned to their website an hour or so later I was dismayed to see it on there but it read that the article was sold out. That really, really upset me so I talked to their customer service rep, who could not answer the question, so I filed a complaint with Mrs. Virginia E. Limas as I was told she would be handling the complaint. Well, no reply (it is now 6 days later) so that confirms my suspicion that Newegg uses empty promises and advertises items that actually are never put on sale! Ofcourse they are hoping to draw in people that way so other items sell which is fine but not listing an item then I consider misrepresentation or false advertising. I certainly would appreciate a reply from Newegg on this.
