Electronics and household app.

Called coumtomer service around mid week and told them that my sanyo innuendo was acting up went through all thier steps. Then they told me to call sanyo so i did and they told me to contact boost back for a replacement phone as mine was only 2 months old and there is no sign of any water damage or parts missing or it was never exposed to extreme temps. For long periods of time so they told me that they were shipping out a new replacement phone in 24 to 48 hours. I had not recived it yet so i called today and was informed that i was not getting a new replacement phone and if i did get approved for a replacementphone it would be a $49.00 phone i paid over $150 for this phone two months ago are they stupid and was not going to credit my account for the differance and who in their right mind would downgrade a $150 or even a $300 or more dollar phone for a out dated phone worth $49.00 that is BULLS*T and stupid
