Hours of Troubleshooting and No Technician Sent for Slow Computer

I am tired of the run around and the wasted cell time i have. Over 5 hours. I have done all the things dell techs. Told me to do and still they will not stand up to the warranty. All i ask for was a repair man to come to my house I believe it is the hard drive from day one it hasn't worked right it runs so slow and sometimes I can't get to get to the internet, or the cd drawer will not open. In programs the cd driver is uninstalled by itself. Can anyone help me or tell me who can thank you.
