Their representative told me "I do not have to put up with this and hung up on me" Internet

Verizon has ripped me off 2 months in a row on my bill, finally I filed a complaint with the BBB.
I then received a call from some woman named Jeanette Fitzgerald phone # 949-286-1272, she told me that the call was being recorded.
I told her that since there has been so much confusion and mis information, I would also be recording the call.
Her response was " I do not have to put up with this sh_ t and hung up on me.
Obviously she hates her job almost as much as she hates men.
Face it if you had to work for a company that makes it living ripping people off it would definitley affect your attitude.
The really amazing part is they claim she is some kind of 'executive" with this company, LOL.
