3D TV website lists glasses but customer service refused to honor

When I called customer service they refused to honor what their website offering indicates. I spoke with them at least 6 times and although they even had a video about the glasses under the features section.
They clearly state that it does not include the stand but fail to state that 3D glasses are not included.
The bottom line is Walmart.com is deceptive and will argue with you continuously. I found it incredible that such a large company uses bait and switch tactics. They lack honor.
Beware, even though this occurred in January their website presentative has not changed. Calling customer service to confirm that feature items are included mean nothing.
I would caution everyone that this company is like a used car lot. You can't trust them and in the end you'll get ripped off.
