When we applied about Hughes Net Satelite internet, was told we could get 250 mps, 1000kps For about 80.00 per month, when installed speed test revealed 0.04 far less than 1000 kps. When we contacted a telecomunication rep. From India that I could not understand was advised after many Attempts to make him pronunciate and talk slower he said we reached our daily limit of 250 mps, Then told him we were not advised of any caps and that was deceiving. Rep. Said we could upgrade to 450 mps, $109.99 per month would get 2000 kps. Still cannot use system with 2 computers or download, play games, has poor loading speed (slow as dial up) I'm bieng Ripped Off.
