Account Disabled After July 3rd Charge While Still Playing

My credit card was charged for my account on July 3rd but for no reason my account was disabled as of yesterday and it was funny I was online playing late last night at home with no problem. I don't know why as I have been told nothing. If that is how pogo conducts business then I will suggest strongly to my clients that they find another gaming service as Pogo is a rip-off.
