Poor customer service

Well the first thing is that When i went to toys r us the other day they had the worst experience trying to buy a little lego minifigure display case. It was on display with a price tag and everything, ready to buy. So i walk up to the register after waiting in line forever with my grandfather and the say it is not available to buy for another 2 days! All that time i wasted. I even called toys r us customer service and the said they would give me a call with in three days. THEY DIDNT CALL! So i call them again and go through the same thing AGAIN! I went through the whole story over again and they gave me the same response. THEY STILL DIDNT CALL! So i call again and the lady says she wants some more imformation then puts me on hold. She has me waiting for like 10 minutes. I finally decide to hang up and that was it so i decided to write this BAD review!
