ImaginGraphics ABSOLUTELY non responsive, UNWARRENTED & FALSE accusations to my ebay account. False shipping accusations, Sent a damaged box & refused a refund. ABSOLUTELY NO customer service whatsoever... ONLY assum

After purchasing an electronics item and paying with Paypal this company ABSOLUTELY ignored and & all phone calls with a request for a tracking number. ANY & ALL emails were ignored as well.

Refused to give us any tracking information whatsoever by ignoring all requests. All of a sudden a damaged box with the item in it shows up and when I emailed his " girlfriend" who contacted me accusing me of some internet scam WHEN in fact I paid already with the paypal as requested he all of a sudden emails me < NO phone reply as of tonight either.

Secondly I contacted GE about the part he sent me and they told me the part was was from stolen merchandise and I should return it and I gave them a statement while also committing to do an affadavit for GE.
