The Regional Manager is mean to me each time she calls. She tells me she's paid no matter how she speaks to me. She hangs up on me, and when I call back, she threatens with a harrassment charge. My vacuum cleaner was repossessed 2 yrs ago due to my loss of job and Ch 13 Bankruptcy. I've been paying 25.00 per month for 2 yrs. Without a letter in writing, she calls today and yells at me for not giving her the payoff over the phone. I was not warned about these threats in writing. Lisa Ortiz says she's the Regional Manager so she can say anything she feels like. She will not let me speak to anyone else. Now she said, "See you in court"! I probably am very close to paying this off, and have never missed a payment. Can she be rude? Thank you for your help.
