Extreemly noisy refrigrato

We purchases an French door, counter deep $2500.00 refrigrator that makes loud noises all night. After 2 service call the VP representive told us there was nothing wrong and we must be hearing things. It is so loud we cannot have company and that is after the ice is turned off. If we could afford it we would let them have it back.
