I had the headphones 1 week before the left ear stopped working

I buy a group of headphones more than 5 weeks before. I obtained the phonephones in a reasonable fashion. I'd the headphones 7 days prior to the remaining head quit functioning. I acquired touching sony plus they explained the methods to get a return of my headphones. It has been 5 weeks but still dont have my headphones. I've named sony numerous of occasions. Plus they provide me the run-around each time. They've explained they tryed to deliver the headphones out-but FEDEX stated that they mightnot find my home (been living below for 12 years). REALLY disappointed with Sony!
