Door handle keep breaking!

I've purchased the Sears Kenmore HE3 Elite Electric Dryer 5 years back. Door handle keeps breaking down and that I keep changing it. Someday it fails within days. It's a defective design. I've named sears but didn't get everywhere. Something should be completed to create Sears react to consumer issues.
