Deceptive selling practices

I purchased a flash tilt flip bracket from Yallstore in Brooklyn, NY through an ebay sale. The merchant sent the wrong item. After contacting the merchant, I began to get the "runaround" through inintelligible emails.

First, I had to take photos of the item I was sent. After that, they said they would send me a prepaid shipping label. I had to contact PayPal and file a complaint after not receiving the label. Once I received the label and sent the item back, now I am told by the merchant that the item is "out of stock". However, the merchant still advertises the same item on ebay for sale with more than 10 available. If it is "out of stock", how can it be listed and sold on ebay?

This is a very unscrupulous merchant. Their emails are confusing and do not exhibit a clear understanding of the English language. Stay away from this merchant unless you want to waste your time and money.
