Deceived and lied to now paying for it

Since announcement of merger service has deteriorated. When I went into store I canceled the home phone number that used the Tmobile hotspot tech. Needless to say it never consistently worked. When mentioning how bad my home reception was the salesperson connected with the loyalty dept.
They offered a one month discount, a monthly discount for trying their newest technology which is supposed to be a signal enhancer. Should I keep it the contract on my phones would be extended two years.
There was a trial period of 20 days so if I didn't like it return it within the time period and my status would be reset to my original status. The enhancer is a piece of crap so I returned it in a week. My next bill arrives and there's a $200 misc charge on it.
The website support sucks so I have to call in. They charged me for the house phone disconnect because the clerk didn't date the transaction till the end of cycle instead of that day. I then was told that my other phones had been extended on the contract and I told them I returned the hardware within the trial period and that my status should of been reset.
I was then informed that the loyalty dept sold me 3 different programs not one as the saleperson presented it and there was nothing they can do about it. They do not record sales calls or monitor them, how convenient. This is a class action suit just waiting to happen.
