Will not stop nuisance calls, no matter what ripoff

Cavalry Portfolio calls my phone and message machine ever single day, sometimes multiple times a day, looking for someone I have never heard of, but who just happens to have a similar last name, but a completely different first name. Some of the calls are just hangups, and seem to be mechanically generated, many calls are recorded messages. On the times a real person is on the other end, I have told them that whoever they are looking for does not, and has never lived here. This doesn't matter to them, the calls continue, and continue every day.

I just came home from vacation to find my message machine flashing full, because Cavalry had left umpteen recordings. I don't know how many buisiness and personal calls I lost because of this, but certainly several days worth of messages were missed.

This has been going on for several months, and now I am extremely annoyed at this senseless daily harassment. Will it ever stop?
