Freedownloadzone.com
Anti-virus-solution.com, a front for freedownloadzone.com, is a fraud and a ripoff Anti-virus-solution.com

Internet & Web

Seller is a fraud. They present themselves as the maker of AVG anti-virus software (as well as a host of other software I'm sure) and make it look like you are getting a year subscription with updates to AVG Anti-Virus.

It was not until after making a paypal payment was I directed to freedownloadzone.com automatically to begin download of a free trial version of AVG Anti-Virus—which did not even work. I was able to obtain AVG Anti-Virus (the free trial version—the same one the seller is selling!) free at download.com without any problems.

If you google freedownloadzone.com you will find complaints from others who have had other problems with them (i.E. Unauthorized reoccurring credit card charges). The Seller is a fraud. Below is the link to the initial deceptive website that eventually led to paypal payment and redirection to freedownloadzone.com:

Thank you

PS—Other signs of scam—support doesn't work (order id bogus at logon) and website payment page where you input credit card is http, not https!
