My beef with Dell, what a ripoff! I haven't seen my $100 rebate either!

Even though I am in collections with Dell (my problem, fiance' lost job due to downsizing with no notice) I am ticked about three things. 1. Customer service. I cannot tell you how many times I have hung up on them because I can't understand a word they are saying. I assume they have their tech support in the Continent of Asia. 2. I have yet to see my $100.00 rebate for the computer. 3.

When I was paying on it, my balance never went down. The monthly finance charge was more than my min. Payment, which was all I could pay when my fiancee' lost his job, then I could no longer pay on anything.

If you are thinking of going Dell, I have not had many problems with the computer itself, but the company is not customer friendly. If you get approved for credit, and your credit is less than perfect, they will give you a high percentage rate and take advantage of you.

Right now I have been appoved for a loan to buy a house and pay off all my debt (fiancee' is back to work) I am going to haggle with them over a settlement payment. Screw them and their finance charges and late fees! If they want their money, they will take what I offer. I will update on this one!
