Computers ripoff REBATE offe

Dell rip-off! Computer rebate. Anyone ordering a computer from dell on or around april. Dell sales rep. Stephen maxwell promised (i have actual documents supporting rebate) a $100.00 rebate for a dell dimension 3000 series. The rebate was processed by: dept. #38000, dell home systems mail in rebate, p.O. Box 15820, scottsdale, az 85267.

I have called at least 10 times and spoken to numerous reps. (after being transferred) trying to resolve this issue. Every time i call i get the same old b.S., that is, "we will resolve this issue and you will receive your check in two to three weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience" bullshit! Well i'm behond upset. I want a boycott of all dell computers. Liers! They are dishonest crooks. Extremely terrible customer service. I still have not received a check for $100.00
