Our washer smashed like 2 weeks before. The specialist stated the cables were ruined which voided the guarantee. That assertion isn't accurate. I've images of it to show it. This factor continues to be happening too much time plus they cannot repair it. I named the store-manager Craig and he cannot help me. I called the support team. They didn't call-back.
