I will never do business with this awful store again

After investing $4000 on the machine and dryer by having an expanded 10-year guarantee, my washer broke down. I required support underneath the guarantee and was informed from the impartial (developed by Computer Rich) support technology the device wasn't affordable to correct and was a fire risk.

PC Richard assured me that I'd possess a new machine within 3 times. I named to check on standing 24 hours later and was informed they were purchasing components to correct the washer in the place of providing me a brand new one. Why might I do want to make use of a washer which was considered a fire hazzard.

Extended calls towards the support division to no avail. I'll never conduct business with this terrible shop again.
