The prostitutes knock on your door and ask you for money to buy beer and cigarettes. The drug addicts shoot up drugs in their body inside their apartments. Richard A. Weller and Craig Z let bad things happen to good tenants in their apartment buildings. They hire apartment managers who rip tenants off, Embezzle money from tenants, and ask and beg tenants for money. Do not move to 2922 West Wells Street and 609 North 31st Street.
