Urner comes on by itself

I've a smooth-top variety with top digital control cell design range 790.41022802 and also the top burner occurs alone. Fortunately I had been athome, but used to do not recognize this had occurred till I noticed a place and went in to the kitchen. A regional ceramic spoon sleep had become so warm, it destroyed plus one of the items burned a pit in my own counter. Easily hadn't been athome, this may have now been a significant fire risk. I really could not change the burner off using the handles - I'd to show it down by closing off the breaker. Today I am scared to depart the home t/e closing off the breaker each time.
