Oven overheating

I prepared bread within the stove and switched it down. My partner and that I had supper even though washing your kitchen, observed the the broiler was heat. It had been extremely warm. The control screen suggested the stove was DOWN. We attempted to show the stove off-again, but weren't successfull. The only path we're able to transform it off was to show the circuit breaker off. We allow the stove cool off and switched the breaker back on. It began back-up again. I'm confident when we'd left house after eating or not observed the stove was on the website might have been a fireplace. It had been really, very warm. The stove is 6 yrs old and incredibly well-maintained. I believe my range ought to be changed free of charge. If it's fixed, I'll hesitate to depart house for concern this can occur again.
