Selling overpriced and broken products and does nothing about it

They sold a way too expensive (x3) and broken battery grip to me. I wanted to test it in the store but was not allowed to do it and when I later was able to try the product it showed that a button was not working at all. They shrugged and referred me to the manufacturer.

Unless both parties agree it is not a deal done, then one party tricked the other. Wealth is built by doing business and both parties afterwards feel a little richer than if you refrained, not by a party will be satisfied and the other unhappy.
