I ordered a panasonic gamecube and never received it. It's been well over a year and still no product tryin' to contact them is useless. I went through pure hell over this more shit went on then I care to talk about. I contacted BBB and over months of lengthy processes finally received a letter from some fillipak guy (apparently the head of the fraudulent corner) stating he would refund the money less 25% of the cash I spent on it. WHAT THE FUCK!?! I knew this was complete bull and highway robbery at that. I spent 500 bucks on this item, never received it and he want's 25% fuck that! So I declined the offer and contacted the ifcc and it took prob. An additional 7 months for them to contact me and they are currently working on my case... I guess? Chances are that I'll never receive a refund or the item. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere to purchase video games and such. I can't tell you the insane, ridiculous utter hell I went through I mean it was 500 bucks I could have bought a mac mini with that or probably a used vehicle. STAY AWAY! By the way the date and invoice are not accurate It's been so long I can't remember.
