Ripoff Ordered Xbox360 and 8 games, They sent 3 games

I ordered a Bundle package from Buy.com which includes a Xbox 360 Premium Console and 8 Xbox 360 games. I received the console but only 3 games, yet I was still charged for all 8 titles. They haven't looked into the issue and only replied by instructing me to contact the manufacturer regarding missing items even though the website clearly lists that Buy.com decides any changes to what games are shipped with the system and the fact that the games were shipped seperately along with the console.

I was overcharged approximately $421.03 after adding up the retail price for what I actually received. I made the issue perfectly clear to them but they refuse to acknoledge or investigate the matter. This is the second time I've run into something like this with Buy.com
