Poor Items and AWFUL Customer Support - RALEIGH NC -DoN't BUY SOMETHING out of this shop (Capital Blvd). I bought a fresh fridge also it was sent to my completely new home. It's not worked precisely because it was shipped. Sadly, the frig was shipped and that I needed to keep city plus NOT being informed of the 10-DAY Return Policy, upon returning 2 weeks later I came across the low-frost fridge aspect of the fridge was icing and developing snow. I approached the shop plus they called me To Some&E fix. After 3 A&E failed fix endeavor they announced my frig... Low-repairable but didn't pay grounds, hence, KITCHENAID directs an area restoration organization to get a minute opinion. The neighborhood fix representative stated the frig must be substitute but Kitchenaid Corporate declined and believed to substitute the gaskets for however another period.

NO AID in the nearby HHGregg whom offered me the frig. It is a customer against a corporate giant. Consumer no support... Don't by from hh gregg... Nevertheless a faulty frig rests in my own home with no fulfillment however.
