Frig is 18 months old, frig side stop working about 45 days ago, made complaint and service repair called back and came after 6 days. Freezer was working until the 3rd visit, now the whole frig is unplugged, and we have had no frig for over 45 days let alone the cost of buying ice to keep the basics food cold! Future Shop won't help us until after 60 days! How is anyone to live with out a frig for 60 days... Oh just another 15 to go! I will not buy another samsung product, or anything from the future Shop!
