AT&T
Ripoff they won't give me the plan that they confirmed i had and charged me for Nationwide

Electronics and household app.

I called AT&T 1/28/04 and asked for the 20/12 Program, which gives you 20 minutes of cellphone time for 12 months for $25 in addition to your present plan. I charged the $25, got a confirmation code number and name of person I spoke to.

They are crediting me with the $25 as payment of my account. I have called several times and no one claims to know anything about such a plan. My friend told me to speak to their Problem Resolutions because she had to fight with them for months to get the program which expired 1/31/04.

When you call AT&T they will not put you through to Problem Resolutions, you have to talk to the person who answers, who denies knowing anything about such a program.
