Poor Quality

Issues with all sony products ordered. I've bought cybershot, Wega 32 LCD and vio and each product created issues soon after twelve months guarantee period has ended.

Scenario 1- Sonycybershot bought from Bangkok. Created issue of battery heading down after 2 snaps. Compensated twice at approved service-center and first got it back with comment no proble. Modified batteries and charger twice. Nevertheless ssame problem continues. Today changed to Samsung

Situation 2- Sony Wega LCD 32. Bought from Delhi. Quit working after 13 weeks. Fix charged 7500 to get a component change

Situation 3- Sony Voi notebook bought from US in September. Created issue in September (1 week after warranty period). Authoruzed middle educated change of key-pad at cost of 4000. First got it fixed elsewhere without change for 750 whilst the issue was small.

These 3 encounters have created me lose belief in so-called renowned quality of Sony items in addition to I firmly believe the substandard quality is along with support facilities which are simply to boost the indirect income. On top of the the conduct of service-center team at-best is rude.

I'd not prefer to buy myself and decrease any buddy from purchasing any sony manufacturer to express minimal. I'm sure I'm not alone with such encounter.
