They have been lying to me from the beginning

I purchased some devices on 11/27/09 and was informed they were likely to be shipped on 12/10/09. On 11/27/09 I returned towards the shop, becuase I a much better offer at Loweis, They attempt to defeat the contests cost, however they explained they didn't possess the devices and that I wasn't likely to have the ability to provide them until sometime in1/10. And so I told them to stop the purchase. They said no issues. We began the paper-work for that reimbursement and that I was informed by Kevin that I'd get my reimbursement within 7-10 day. On 12/4/09 I received a letter saying that it would be getting a check within 21 day. I contact the primary practices in Atlanta and talked with Christine about that issue, she offered me a # and explained that she would follow-up. She was calling me every single day to determine when the store-manager had approached me. Finally on 12/8/09 Dante the store-manager named me and explained the check was send on 12/7/09. Few-day pass and that I do not obtain my check, And So I named Christine but still this very day I've not got a call-back. I visited the shop and talked using the supervisor on-duty Shepp, he named corp. Workplace and he was informed the check was required on 12/8/09. Which I'd contain it no later than 12/22/09. Nowadays is 12/23/09 and that I still haven't gotten my check, I named and talked with Liz she try calling sales and also the were near. She explained that she'll follow-up very first thing tomorrow mornig which she'll contact me again no later than 8:30am. The purpose listed here is they have been laying in my experience in the beginning. Plus they still haven't providing me my cash back. The won't give me money or perhaps a local shop check. They actually state that they do not bring that amount of cash in the shops. Can somebody help me please. The total amount is for $1,281.06. It will not consider anybody or any shop this type of very long time to provide you with your cash back.
