I instantly ceased the shipping men and named the shop at (201) 262-7676 and talked towards the supervisor, Craig Ruppert, who stated that he'd provide me a $75 credit for that harm. Although he kept the point, I looked over the fridge again and much more cautiously to determine if there have been additional dents and that I subsequently questioned him for $100 credit since the dents are so poor and display but he explained no, it had been $75 or I really could "decline shipping" plus they might deliver a different one, that these were my "just two options" and that I had "to determine right this moment". Whoa. He was not actually good about this, like it was my problem they delivered a damaged fridge which my moment relaxing around awaiting shipping was no huge package which I really could simply take a later date down to hold back for another shipping to fix their mistake.
